Job Title: Customer Service Representative Department: Customer Service Reports To: Customer Service Manager Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. Job Title: Production Team Member Reports To:  Subordinates: None Qualifications:

Basic Operations:
  • Unskilled main jobs; cutting rolls, pouring raw materials into the hopper of the machine, and doing other equivalent main jobs of a similar nature.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Comply with the warning signs on the machines.
  • Use the occupational safety and hygiene equipment required by the job.
  • Keep the machine backs clean and organized.
  • Ensure that the equipment used is well-maintained and clean.
  • Detect the malfunctions and deficiencies of the equipment he uses and to inform his superior.

  • Coordinate logistics activities during shift
  • Evaluate and ensure products are in stock for shipment
  • Load products in a way that does not impair quality
  • Keep shipment area and product warehouse organized and clean
  • Inventory products and take corrective action if necessary
